Great staff, super friendly with all the best and right products for any pet!

I have been coming to this location for a long time now and I most certainly appreciate the warm and welcoming vibe here from all of the employees! Keeps me coming back!Also would like to send a big thank you to all Bosley's employees and animal rescue workers and volunteers for everything they do!From uniting me with my best friend to making sure he has access to quality food, treats and toys for me to get him!A sincere thank you to everyone who makes this all possible and a big 5 stars!

This is my new regular pet food and treats store. I've been to a few Bosley's in the area since moving to Victoria. However, this particular one is always well stocked and very clean, and the staff are very helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. This is what it takes to retain repeat customers. Great job.

If I could give zero stars I would..the staff follow you around like you’re going to rob the store or steal. My family have been loyal customers for years and I feel so uncomfortable and disrespected when I go get my dogs food. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Rude and inexperienced in the products they sell as well.

Good store staff, they enjoy the work and dealing with pets in a genuine and friendly manner.

Very nice staff. I called about using the dog wash for my anxious dog and they suggested coming in first thing in the morning when the store is quiet. I did just that and they were super helpful getting us started and my dog settled. The store is always clean and well stocked.

Used to shop here all the time until my newborn and I were stalked around the store on a Sunday night by 3 teenage employees with nothing better to do - like I was going to shoplift some cat litter while holding a baby!? Now I go to Petsmart where I am not profiled and harassed

On September 12th 2022, I came in with my dog at 7;30 to have my dog wash done. While I was trying my best to get my dogs wash done, this white guy who came to me at 8:38 to announced me “get out the bath area now.” Very rude . I understand they are close by 9pm. Does that mean the employees who work here also can finished work by 9 pm? Or is there a police says I can not keep drying my dog after 8:30. I always come to shopp in bosely at this location. This is I met the horrible employee ever and never. Poor customer service for the company, please training the stuff well and make them know how to talk.How long do u think he needs to clean the pet bath area? An hour? Why his so rush to kick me out at 8;40 ?I only saw him to cleaned the whole bath not even in 5 mins.
