Bowness Health Foods is an awesome store! I have been shopping there for years. It is spacious. I like that I can see the products that they offer. I like being able to walk around and look at everything in different areas of the store. It is huge! They have a wide variety and also, bulk herbs of all kinds. So may stores just don't offer such things. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. And, they have a herbalist right behind their store that offers IRIDOLOGY READINGS at a very reasonable price, her cards are in-store . Well worth the shop and they offer great deals with their red tags. Check it out today! You won't be disappointed.

I love this place. It's got a little of everything and is well worth a visit. Take your time and look around. You're bound to find what you need, plus a little extra. I really like the organic spices and teas, not to mention the incense. The people that work there are very friendly, and helpful. If they don't have what you're looking for, chat with them and see if they can get it in or direct you where to find it.

I love the selection of unique food items that they have including gluten free and organic. However, in the past I have noticed that they aren't as attentive to expiry dates as they should be- and will sell an item long past it's expiry date. When I approached an employee about a product I had bought (of which I had not checked the expiry date on) that had gone bad and was not edible, she simply just said That's not how they usually are."This won't keep me from shopping there because I love their selection

I find the prices are fabulous actually, it's a local community business and the owners are very informative, educated and willing to provide support to all their customers. I refer people regularly. Parking is easy with tons of hours of operation! Coming from another business owner in wellness, you have it going on. Keep up the great work!!

When you enter the store your greeted with an overwhelming smell or something I can’t put my finger on but it isn’t good! The store is old and shelves a fairly bare and dusty no fresh food here and all the nuts etc are in plastic tubs I walked in did one look and walked back out and was never greeted once seemed more like an inconvenience to the lady whom was upstairs also when I returned to the car my parter noted the smell straight away which was on my clothing too
