Had them do a lease takeover. Said they weren’t familiar with the process but they would figure it out. Paid the 400 to have it done and was told they would send the new registration in the mail. I had to ask multiple times for the invoice for the 400$ and finally I was sent a paper that was basically ripped in half, but no registration / invoice for the actual truck. I kept calling over the period of 2 months and they kept reassuring that I would get it in the mail until one day they told me the guy I was dealing with (finance manager) was no longer with them and was transferred to another dealership. I called 6 times over 3 days but they were always “busy” but would take my number and call me back. Finally I was transferred to someone higher up the chain and they reassured me they would have a copy of it the day after at the dealership, so I went around noon. When I got to the dealership there was no one on the sales side / offices / reception, so I walked over to the service desk. The guy there said everyone was out to lunch so I’d have to come back. I went back an hour later, the guy went to grab the papers and handed them to me, didn’t say a word or look me in the eye, and just walked away. Customer service is a joke, I would never do business again

Thalie is very a sweet person, she loves to help people for the better especially with information of the vehicle for my right fit. She was very honest with the information that worked and not for me and she didn't made me feel pressured and make me feel comfortable speaking to her

Brought our 2022 Silverado in today to get an accessory installed. The mechanic made a mistake by not reading the installation instructions correctly, or he did not bother to read them at all. I spoke with Zach, who is the service manager. He was very professional and listened to my concerns, before asking a different mechanic to stay pass 5 to put the truck back up on the hoist. Zach went with the mechanic and they confirmed the original mechanic made a mistake. They fixed the issue and it was much appreciated. So thank you to Zach and the mechanic that stayed late. It was much appreciated. Because of them, this review went from a 1 star to 5 star. I understand that people make mistakes, but good customer service is determined by how mistakes are dealt with. Great job!

The staff are exceptional, they go above and beyond. I recommend rallye motors in rexton to anyone in need of a new or used car. What a great experience.

Worse place to work I was the 3rd employee to leave in 2 week. Lack of respect, watch the manager brag about steeling from the company and staff make fun of the sales guy till he quit. Being fired because I refused to sell people warranties I had no training for. Very poor managed lack of respect for employees. Being with a drunk for 11 years to be forced to work with a employee that would drink at work. Was told he had a contract and couldn’t do anything about it. Plus they rip people off !!! Part are never the same price all depends who you know.
