Tomson Window

Thank You for the wonderful customer service Mike. All the windows in our house are from Tomson Windows. Most were installed 20 years ago. I called Tomson Windows to ask about buying some replacement weatherstripping for the 20 year old windows and Mike called me back to inform me that he had an inventory of the weatherstripping. I stopped in to pickup the material and Mike took the time to show me how to do the job correctly and also showed me some quick maintenance work I should do while changing the weatherstripping. While working on the project I had an issue with one of the windows and called Mike for information. Mike was kind enough to make arrangements to stop by the house to check out the situation and went over the procedures again with me while he was at the house. This level of customer service and product support is why we selected Tomson Windows in the first place and 20 years later we are still glad we made that choice.

GREAT JOB!!! I contracted with Mike in March for a whole house of replacement windows and replacing a patio door, at which time he indicated they could do the job mid to end of May. Mike called May 16 to say they could start the job the next day and that it would take 2 to 3 days (2 inside/outside days and day 3 being outside finishing work only). As promised, Brian, Scott and Tom were at my house the next day and at the time promised. Brian and Scott completed the installations in two days and Tom finished up all the outside work on the 3rd day. These three gentlemen displayed dedication, professionalism and their complete knowledge of the work they did. On day two, I actually asked Mike to add an extra replacement window to the job for my rotting garage window; they got that done for me too and at a reasonable price. The 12 windows and patio door replaced the original ones on my home from 1966. What a huge difference and I am so pleased! Scott and Brian measured, trimmed and installed the windows; they made it look so easy. Brian even took the time to show me how to properly tilt the windows in to clean them so they don't go off track, something I did not know, thank you. Tom tediously and meticulously finished the outside of the windows and patio door by installing the flashing and caulking around the windows; 100% maintenance free! But, I guess that is the kind of job that gets done if they have been doing it as long as they have. And to top it all off, Mike came a couple times each day to monitor the progress and make sure I was happy with the job being done. I can't give enough praise to Mike and his crew for their professionalism and job ethic. In today's society, it's hard to know who to hire to do work for you and I am so glad that I chose to contract with Tomson Windows. Mike is a business owner that clearly has values, is honest and completes the work he says he will. Thank you Mike, Brian, Scott and Tom - You guys are GREAT! They did an excellent job. I love the results. Changed 17 windows in total. I priced out a lot of companies and visited all the show rooms. I chose Tomson because I liked the quality of the windows, as well as the good reputation the company has. Tom, the window wrapping guy is a gem. Meticulously trimmed every window with care. Mike and his team did an outstanding job. This was the first time I was in the market for windows and he made the process extremely comforting. The communication was seamless, the installation of the windows and subsequent re-trimming was fast and efficient, all for an unbeatable price compared to other window professionals. Very great work. We just had three windows installed and new trim around those windows and our sliding glass door. Everything looks amazing. Great work. Prices were very reasonable as well. Can’t wait to get the rest of our windows in a year or two.
