Ardglen Place

I had an appointment booked for a viewing of a house today at 5pm with email confirmation from Jessica Arseneault. My husband and I get to the office and there is no one there. I call boardwalk 4 times with no answer. The main office number isn't taking any calls so I email Jessica and get no response. It's highly unprofessional of boardwalk. I see from the reviews that I am not the only person that has had this happen. Do better!

Absolutely a big mistake to move in to this place! Management does not care about providing service. they only want to take money every month!

I had an appointment this past Sunday to view a unit on Ardglen Drive. Show up for the viewing and no one is to be found in the rental office. Called Boardwalk to be told that there are no viewings on Sundays, so they book me for a viewing Tuesday (yesterday) at 5 pm. My son leaves work early picks up my daughter to only arrive at the rental office and is told by the woman working that there are no viewings available until February. She tells my kids that she has advised the head office multiple times to not book any viewings but they continue to do so. The website for Boardwalk also allows people to schedule bookings that aren't available. I do not understand how the head office and the rental office do not communicate, but regardless this is soo unprofessional. To waste someone's time TWICE is not okay. Do better Boardwalk!

This morning a staff member in my complex got into my face and told me that my 3 children of 8 years old will grow up to be ignorant like their mother ( me !!). All because every single morning as a community 5 mothers collect family members from the community to walk to school together. As I was picking up my nephew. She was sweeping salt at us. And told us to move !! I said no. Every morning the same thing happens. I said we are leaving for school in 3 minutes. And she told me to GO THEN!!!! Then proceeded to call my 3 children ignorant. That said absolutely nothing to her with about 8 witnesses watching. This is disgusting. I’ve been living here for 8 years and have never dealt with a more unprofessional janitors in my life !
