We had a clogged kitchen sink and had a good experience with Drain King. From start to finish, Drain King was very responsive and Alex the technician was very professional and polite. The hydro jetting used to clear the clog cost quite a bit more than expected but this was the second time our sink clogged up so hopefully that resolved the issue for good.

The service man that was sent to our unit was very polite, professional, and kind. He was very thorough in explaining to me what needs to be done. He was very knowledgeable and was more than willing to sweep and clean the area where the washing machine would be placed. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I really enjoyed our conversation about life. I give him 5 stars. He was a very nice human being.
