H & R Property Management: For Rent: 1, 2, 3 Bedroom Apartments

We had lived in the building at 919 Dufferin for 3 years and had several interactions with Milicia Vardic (Property Manager) all negative unfortunately. Without getting into too much detail Milicia or Milly was rude, malicious and unprofessional, especially when we were moving out and were owed our partial rent for our last month. Her attitude might be the reason why we have had so many Superintendents come and go in the course of 3 years. Do not let the low rent entice you into renting a unit in this building as it takes forever for any sort of maintenance to be done on the units, even in an emergency.
