About 6 months ago we had a pretty awful experience at this place. To say customer service was lacking was an understatement. But I have to say that the team I ordered from recently did an amazing job keeping up with the rush. They were great!!!!

Thursday nights I stop by to grab a sub after work around 7pm...went tonight and they had no bread AGAIN for the 5th time in a row on a Thursday evening. Disappointing when you drive all the way there..you'd think after a couple times of running out on a Thursday they'd be sure to make more.

Went to get a sub at aprox 15 mins before close and doors were locked and staff just stared at me as I tried to get into order. HORRIBLE STAFF AND SERVICE! Expecially after driving 25 mins to get a sub! Will be telling everyone i know not to go to this location that was disgusting behavior as they waved and laughed. Your location is terrible!

Well this was 100% the LAST time I will ever go to Dunnville Subway. The last few times have been horrible customer service but this was the final straw (or sub, I should say) We ordered 2 subs, one cold cut combo & one chicken bacon ranch. The cold cut was just sad (photo posted) had to pick off unwanted tomato’s that weren’t even asked for. But my chicken bacon ranch was the worst, first of all, you were out of shredded cheese, which I understand that, it happens. But I asked for toasted, the lady toasted it then took it out & let it sit there while she doctored the other sub so by the time I got home, it was ice cold as if it was never toasted in the first place. I asked for guacamole (which is an extra charge) and was given the smallest amount I have ever had put on a sub, so little that I didn’t even taste it, let alone see it. I was given 1 scoop of chicken for an entire footlong, so the one half was just the vegetables, but wait there’s more… the half that only had the veggies was literally half empty, nothing but bread. I also pulled out a piece of green pepper that was partially rotten!!! I am actually so blown away with how poorly executed both these subs were. Do better.

This place is hit and miss, if there were another subway in the area I would go there instead. More times than not it's been bad. Think today is the last time I will go to this location.

Service is ok my wife asked for lots of pickles and lots of sub sauce and that's it on her sub. So you would think that they would do so . Nope 4 pickles so my wife asked for more so she got 6 pickles. Train your staff to listen to what the people want.

This place has definitely improved from 4 or 5 years ago. Went in a few weeks ago and had a great sub!

our subs were good but one of the employees were not doing things correctly he had given me COLD chicken and he wrapped our wrap wrong.
