Elevator out of service. According to multiple other residents' opinion: this is a frequent occurrence and it takes a long time before management looks into it.I had to wait a long time to get to the 6th floor and needed to use stairs to get down.This is unacceptable.

Where shall I start.....We have homeless ppl sleeping in stairwells arguing with tenants.Would not recommend unless they bring in a Concierge Or a security guard
