Was referred to Precision Pain because of an ongoing shoulder injury. After a consultation I was scheduled for a ultrasound guided cortisone injection. Two days after my injection, my shoulder which had precluded me from doing very simple tasks and exercises was back to 100%. I cannot believe I'm not in pain anymore. Great team, very professional and friendly staff. Would not hesitate to use their services again.

Worst possible experience. Had to wait for 5 hours before the doctor could see, even for a scheduled appointment. The front desk was very rude, did not share any updates or provide any time lines. After the MRI was done, noone followed up at all even after getting the results. I had to call in to inquire what was going on and was informed by the front desk that they will check with the doctor. Week later got a call and was given appointment for 2 months later. Few days before the appointment, got a call from the front desk that the appointment need to be moved more than a month forward because the doctor has other appointment on that day. I informed that I was in deep pain and need help asap and was advised that they could not do anything. Again the front desk girl was very rude and had no sensitivity and was not courteous at all for the whole situation. Very bad customer service and handing of serious health issues and pain. Very highly recommend not to choose this brampton clinic and try finding other clinics. Very frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the treatment itself was incredibly effective. I would highly recommend Precision Pain Center for anyone considering PRP.
