A terrible agent. If you are on the buying side, I wouldn't recommend letting this team into your home. They do not practice due diligence and will happily submit an offer that they know their clients can't afford. Inconveniencing you, holding the process up, and colluding with the selling agent (also ReMax).Rather than accept responsibility, the agent will make a million excuses trying to elicit compassion for the poor seller who thinks that can buy a home without speaking to the bank, and a realtor that lets this happen. No apology. No professionalism. Should not be responsible for such major life events.
