Loved this location in the Polo Park Mall . Easy to find Take the escalator by Shoppers , Turn left at the top and they are down about 5 stores.. Stay was friendly and professional, Even when having to deal with rude clients, that didn't have their photo id..Glad that they just don't take your word on who you are as any one can claim to be anyone now a days, When the tax pro didn't know the answer, They were on the hunt for it right away, I felt confident & I will be back again in tax season...

They lost my taxes; it took 2 weeks of phone calls to find out they had lost my file - the Polo Park “store” had closed so they sent me to a store located off McPhillips - Not happy to see me - the lady indicated that they would not of noticed my file was missing unless I had noticed. My taxes were now late and I was charged a fee for it and they charged me a little over $600 for filing. This was last year, why am I writing a review today - they just sent me a marketing email to do my taxes. This experience was my first with H&R Block and my last.

Me and my daughter went cause she had an appointment today at 3 with Deborah and she was in such a hurry yesterday she didn't even book her then when we got there they gave us the run around and lost all her papers to do her taxes and Deborah wouldn't even talk to us she blew us off as if we did not have better things to do yesterday when she was complaining about being alone having to leave cause her son had an emergency but we were patient and she said to come back today at 3 we did and she blew us off poor costumer service poor people eddicat
