I got my daughters ear piercined on Sunday which was the worst thing I had done to my babies. The one who did the piercing has no experience at all, and the west is that the owner of the place did not apologize for what happened that day. She only thanks those who give her 5 stars, a positive rating, and do not pay any attention to people who have another opinion.

The worst place for a facial ever. I just asked the lady if she could turn up the steamer, but what happened next was shocking and abusive. She put my hand right under the steamer and she burned me. I asked her why she did that and she said she wanted me to see how hot it got if she turned it up. She could have easily told me that instead of burning my hand. I felt like getting up and leaving, but I don't know why I continued. I will never come up here after that, ever.

I have been going to Kingsway Merle Norman for close to two decades now and know all of the service providers really well. I have always had amazing service, whether it be a manicure, pedicure, waxing, facials, or make-up; they do a very thorough, very professional job. Have taken many friends and family there over the years for a girls afternoon" and they have always thoroughly enjoyed the services there as well. My only regret is that I don't live closer so that I could go more often!"

The experience here was amazing I took my mother for facial and eyebrows and she was in love with facial treatment and ladies were respectful and kind to us. Also, I went with my friends a long time ago and agin we were very happy when we left my face was glowing I am 100% going again if I am in the mall.

I have been going to see Carolina there for about 3 years. She is talented, professional and always makes you feel comfortable- even if its your 100th time there. The salon is clean, and you can tell Carolina takes pride in her job and how she likes to leave her clients feeling great leaving the salon. She is thorough and completes every appointment without keeping me waiting and without the thought of needing to go back. She always does an amazing job!!!!

Carolina C. did a makeover for me and helped me choose colours and I love it! I wanted tips since I have hooded eyelids, and I love how she made my eyes look! And the best part is that I don’t feel like I’m wearing a ton of make up! Will definitely go back.I was also given a sample of their eye makeup remover, and it is the best remover I’ve ever used; it removes all my mascara with just gentle wiping and doesn’t leave a greasy residue.

Went there today to get an eyeliner and a lipstick; walked out with a lip chin and eyebrow wax and a lot more products. Sofia was just so nice and caring, a professional as she also did a bit of a makeup on me. It was a very enjoyable visit and the day before I was at this place in WEM but the girl there was less than interested. Thanks for making my day.
