It's a nice place with lots of parking space for people who wants to work out and has plenty of friendly staff to assist your needs.

Unfortunately this is now a daycare, with some classes. As far as being a gym, they have taken most machines and weights away. The little amount left are out in the hallway.

Joint fundraiser with Desert Sounds Harmony Chorus and Boys and Girls Club, North Shore...gently used or new shoes, scarves and handbags. Hope to make it a semi-annual event.

Really great place for a workout. Good equipment, separated rooms for cardio, weights etc.. fair rates and I believe they have childcare while you workout. *ask inside* A monthly/punchcard pass gets you access to downtown and North Shore. Downtown has the pool. I’ve been going to NS location for over a year now.

This is a great family facility with nice workout spaces, gyms & a boys & girls club. It also has a great outdoor play structure for the kids.
