Rent a Car | Montreal airport

Literally the worst airport ever, everyone is incompetent, the airline workers sent me to the wrong security section and took way too long doing easy security checks, the kiosk workers don’t know how to do anything. The airline crew didn’t show up so my flight was cancelled and I had to stay there for over 16 hours. Avoid at all costs, absolutely horrible

Just a garbage airport. We flew for 8 and a half hours and then sat on the tarmac for an hour while the airport authority scrambled to realize we needed a gate once we arrived. We then had to sprint through the airport to get to our connection just so that could be delayed hours. They made us sit the first 30 minutes because we couldn't get a take off time slot. Then we started taxiing out and they said the tow bar broke and we had to go back and get a new one. Then we lost our take off slot. We finally got towed out and they came on and said the steering controls weren't working and we needed to go back and wait for maintenance. Just gross incompetence after gross incompetence.

Worst AIRPORT EVER!!! Very rude people, only speak French so if English is your only language and you have a stop over there, best of luck because you might miss you flight most announcements are in French. I bought liquor to take home as souvenirs for my friends, unfortunately my flight got cancelled. So we had to deplane and wait for the next available, when I went through security all the liquor got seized because they claim the bag wasn’t sealed. I showed the officials that I had just bought it at duty free and hadn’t left the airport, they started speaking French and just shushed me away. NEVER FLYING THROUGH HERE AGAIN!!!

Airport itself is fine. TSA didn't know what they were doing and there were at most 3 customs counters open for about 600 people. Allow extra times for customs if you dont have global entry. You will miss your flight

It can get very busy on the domestic terminal especially during commute hours. Airport in being revitalized in phases, so lots of construction around

Impossible to have special assistance even if in the ticket was specified. They said we have to wait 1 hour risking to lose our flight. Thank you Canada for welcoming tourists !!!!

Personnel at lineup to security are not trained properly. They don't know which passengers can have access to priority security, in one case, the lady cannot read small print of phone app and keeps trying to send me back, lineups at this airport are long, Airport is a bit decrepid compared to most others. No one seems interested in hearing complaints either. .

Shame on this security system on such an important and busy airport.I don't understand how they do not have regulations to help special need kids handle all these stresses.I told them my daughter is autistic, she needs her stuffed toy, can you help by scanning it fast and giving it back to her?? They refused and kept watching her screaming for more than q5 minutes. They even insited that i should take her away and hold her to cross the scanning machine.It was such a terrible experience for both her and me.

If I could I would give this airport five negative stars!!!!! You’re told to show up at least two hours early for your flight and then you spend 2 and a half hours just getting through security where there are minimum personnel present and they don’t care if you’re gonna be late. Then in the middle of all this security takes breaks whenever they want even when there’s lines backed up past the doors. This place is horrible. I never want to come here again.

Typical North American airport, it has all the all the things necessary. Self-service check-in is simple, including paying for luggage on domestic flights, finishing in two minutes. After the security check, there are some local restaurants and cafés located in different channels. If you have enough time, you can have a try. The one I chose is close to gate 9, the classic sandwich is perfect!
