Finally found a great nail technician! He did such a great job converting a bad nails job into beautiful nails!Great customer service really listened and worked with me to make sure I was a happy client! I was extremely happy with my nails I have ombre Acrylic.

We booked manicure appointments for 3 people almost a week in advance. When we got there there was only 2 technicians. They did not use clean/sterile equipment which is disgusting. I asked for three different pinks with one sparkle nail. They couldn’t figure out how to properly do the sparkle nail and the technician kept messing up the pinks so ended up with the same colour on all except one nail and they ended up looking like Lee press on nails. We all paid separately and when talking outside we all paid different prices. I was shocked when I was told my nails were $65. Three days later 4 of my friends nails came off, while folding laundry. Very dissatisfied with the quality. Would never go back if this was the last nail salon on earth.

Won't ever go back. I paid 75$ for manicure & pédicure. No lotion has been used on my feet. I had shellac all over my fingers, the lady didn't know how to to apply it correctly. Too expensive and the service was poor.

They don't use sterile equipment/tools. I watched the lady dust off the left over cuticles off the cuticle Clippers. She didn't use those Clippers on me but put them back in a draw.Unsanitary and a HUGE health concern. I would never return.

I went as a first time, walk-in customer and had only a short wait. The staff (a husband and wife ownership I believe), were very hospitable. Very polite professional. He made a recommendation for something other than what I went in for, and although I hesitated it was the right call. He did exactly what I asked for and explained to me along the way, what he was doing. Will definitely go back again.

I got my get mani and pedi done on Wed Feb 23 before going on vacation. 4 days later and i have 2 nails chipped and 5 other nails where the gel polish is lifting from the nail. I have never been so disappointed. I will have to dish out another 80$ To get hands and feet re-done during my vacation.

I had an extremely bad experience at this salon.In early July 2019, I went in for a manicure/pedicure, and the woman giving me a pedicure cut the underside of my foot - i was unable to walk properly for 3+ days. I had damage to the skin under part of my foot, and knowing this, she still proceeded to use a razor on the damaged portion of skin.Further, i'm not certain that they had cleaned their products prior to use (i.e. the foot shaver) given that she did not use a fresh" razor (i.e. taken out of the packaging) - she simply took the tool with the razor our of a drawer. Thankfully

@Ariane Lachance: have you no shame for even considering writing a review based on the fact that you came to someone’s business with no money and expected them to be ok with that? Even with the miscommunication/language barrier...“it was ok to go ahead and get it done”, you as a grown woman should not be ok with coming to a business empty handed asking for services. I am embarrassed for you. Who lives like that?I have been coming to this business to have my services done for 15 years and not once have I left disappointed. I drive 45 minutes to have my services done as the quality of their work is excellent, compared to many other salons. Highly recommended.
