Seems to be a real spread in ratings, 5 or 1 based on service. In my case service was very friendly, quick, helpful and reasonably priced. The owner, John, was chatty, replaced the gasket on my waterproof Seiko in about 10 minutes. I didn't have an appointment nor have to leave the watch. Cost of $14 seem very reasonable since an OEM gasket retails for 9 bucks.Been in this location for 20 years. They do a lot of watch and jewelry repairs and they make custom jewelry. I will definitely use them again.

Great service. Had some service done on a few watches....and long while ago I also had the crystal replaced on a watch here.....will definitely return. Very friendly owner? I didn't catch his name but he was great.

Absolute worst service. Yes, I bought a fake Rolex, but was willing to pay to get it fixed and brought it in. They were rude and made fun of me the whole time for buying a cheap, fake(I knew it was!), Rolex. Told me the movement died and it was expected with fakes. Understandable and fair! I paid $170 for a new movement and it died two weeks later. They told me when I picked it up and paid, “Don’t expect much, it won’t last too long; you can’t trust a fake.”

Stopped in willing to drop 1000$ on a new watch. Showed zero interest in selling. I asked what type of dial is that?" He responded " what do you mean?". Just low quality service. As a new watch collector it sucks to see a small business lack in selling and knowledge of the product. I won't be back"

We had my wedding rings designed and custom built here. Amazing service, the rings turned out gorgeous and I am very very happy. Driving from Calgary to deal with Watch and Jewelry was so worth it. I would highly recommend them for anything.

I recently needed two of my grandmothers watches resized as well as a ring of mine; John had them done in two days and the pricing for his work was very fair. I was so impressed with his expertise and turnaround time that I took two more rings back to be sized and they were also done far sooner than projected. I will definitely be using Watch&Jewelry for all future work or repairs, as well as his collection of jewelry and watches for purchase are wonderful. Cannot say enough good things!

Rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with, took a stone in to be set in an existing setting, he told me he didn’t have the time for me and leave his store (while pointing to the door.) because he had two other customers waiting. Will definitely not be going back in there again.

Amazing service! My engagement ring of 20+ years needed some TLC. Rebuilt my band and replaced the claws to perfection!! My ring looks brand new again and was done super timely with reasonable prices. Half the price to fix my ring that was quoted elsewhere and the quality of workmanship is superb. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to go back for additional repairs or purchases. AAA+++
