I purchased a nice Viper starter that came with 2 remotes right after Christmas. I had it installed here, took two separate days, both after 5pm to complete, which is a bit inconvenient, but I had the week off, so no biggie. It worked, although no aux was programmed which I asked it to be the trunk. But the main thing was that the second remote was not programmed, which was the key reason I bought the two remote system, so I would have a spare. I tried to call back to the store and to the cell phone given to me by Joon, but no answer and no reply to my voicemails. I even tried to return to the store, but any time of day you go, it says back at 5pm, which they were not. Very displeased at the service, its just get your money for an install but F all for service after the fact. Would not recommend.

It's pretty weird people giving negative comments despite I have been installing from him quite many times. I installed in 4 different cars and prices are great depends on market. I even recommended couple of friends they liked the service and product. Only once I have to come back next time because the installation guy called in sick despite that everything is perfect. Will go back again everytime to install new system and recommend a friend.

Quoted me $5/ft for pure copper 1/0 gauge power wire, which was already pretty overpriced but I needed it quick. When I went to pick it up he said it turned out to be $8 per foot. When I can buy a 100ft roll for $1.75/ft shipped I don't think that's reasonable so I told him to stuff it.

The home audio division is great.I had gone in for an audio install in my truck.Had to bring in my truck 4 times for them to finish the install (1 amp, 1sub and 2 speakers)First the installation date was forgotten, the second time the installer had to leave (mid install) , the third time the speakers were forgotten and finally the fourth time the install was complete.All cut off wire was left in the car, despite being told not to screw down amp and to use Velcrove. The amp was screwed down.The work was good. But it was a headache and run around trying to get it done.

Review for Car stereo in the back. Price was great for the deck but wish I left it there. Install was told to me 2 to 3 hours ended up being 5.5 hours. There is clips missing from console. Stereo actually will not open as the face plate is blocking it and incorrectly installed. The stereo has numerous hook ups in the rear and they didn't hook them all up. Rear camera was so off center it was funny! So bottom line great for sales not so great for install. Dying at I guess.Review for Hifi House or Front of building. 5 stars Bought my inwall speakers from this place, over the phone. Great service, very knowledgable. They were intent on making me happy with the purchase and the price.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I bought my Klipsch speakers and epson projector from HiFi Centre. I found the service was excellent, very informative and helpful. Really excellent price and I like to shop around to get the best deals and these guys saved me $$$'s. They even offered to calibrate everything for me which I didn't need but I appreciated the offer and customer service.My speakers are awesome and I feel very satisfied knowing that I got them for far less than they are sold by other companies today including Gibby's which is another place for a good deal but it's far away and not as flexible with pricing.I would recommend that you do your research first for the best product then check the prices online then visit the store and tell them exactly what you want and what the best price is that you found (add the shipping). I would be surprised if they can't match it or beat it and save you the shipping cost.

I use to come here a lot in the mid 90s when the mother was in control and gave good deals on the spot..now i come only if certain things like fuses, wires etc are needed. Not sure whats going on but they never answer the phone here. Like never ever. Cant call to inquire about prices or product...thats why im giving it 2 stars.. but if this was the whitby hifi of the 90s it would get 4 or 5Update: be prepared and do your research on items before going in or afterwards. They tend to overcharge for items like power cable etc. Never accept a deal on the spot. Do your research first or else you may end up regretting it

Hooked up my system in my truck a few years ago, and almost burned it to the ground with their wiring job. They blamed it on an intern....ya right. Originally said it would be a day to hook up the system, took 3. Had my front speakers wired backwards, told me the amps would be out of sight, they were left on my floor. They forgot i bought a second battery and almost didn't install it. Their wiring job fried my $1500 JL 2200 watt amp because the ran the power wire underneath a bolt and it rubbed through to the copper and started grounding out and almost caught fire and they gave me a 400 watt as a replacement. Would not recommend at all.

I always buy from and have them install never had an issue. sent my whole family all my friends and theyve never hd any issues everything works great thats 50plus installs I know of with out an issue!!!
