Staff is sweet , however management need to do better and help out the staff and schedule in AT LEAST THREE workers. This is clearly a very busy Tim’s and they only have two workers every time I go. It’s so busy at the drive through they barely are able to take walk-in orders. I had to wait almost 10 mins just for someone to take my order. Then I watched for another 5 mins of both girls rushing to make drive-through drinks it was difficult for them to find the chance to make mine as I was a walk in. Walks ins shouldn’t have to wait almost 15 mins for their drinks. I’m not blaming the workers at all but management need to have more workers so it’s easier for the workers to get things done and cut the waiting time for other customers. Take care of your staff.

You need to hire people that understand English. Speak English. We shouldn't have to order 4 to 5 coffees Large 2 cream does not mean 3 double-doubles. I'm getting so fed up with that. I'm gonna go somewhere else.

I'm sorry but I ordered a frozen lemonade on the hottest day of the year and I was given half a lemonade filled with ice. What the ****? Can you atleast train your employees to ask if they don't know? How do you even make that mistake. She read it back to me correctly and charged me $3.14 for half a lemonade. Ruined my day atleast because I didn't have time to correct or get another drink.

drive thru at this location is great. they are always fast and friendly every morning. best Tim Hortons in the area, they never get my order wrong. I appreciate the attention to detail when taking orders every time in a timely manner. never have to wait as they keep the line moving quickly.

Employee got my bagel order wrong then got my coffee order wrong twice . Then he absolutely insisted that it was made correctly . I drink the same coffee every morning I’m pretty sure I know how it is supposed to look and taste. I finally gave up and took what he gave me and suffered through it . If you want your order right the first or even second time i advise avoiding this location.

May 31 4-4:30 PMWhat a waste of time, waste of gas! and an ultimate mood setter. came to order Large caramel Toffee… i got the wrong order- no caramel into it. so have to turn around after driving past 5 mins. just to correct this. THANK YOU!!!

Order of coffee, sandwich and 2 donuts took over 5 mins from the time I placed the order. Sandwich was very badly made - roast beef and cheddar - just slapped together, no cheddar, was horrible. I had to totally take it apart and reassemble.

Today at around 145pm me and my sister went to this location for our tea and there were 4 - 5 girls working and even did not bother themselves to greet us and we can’t expect service. Later 2 girls went to back and we waited almost 5 to 10 minutes there on front and came back without tea.
