TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Whenever I walk in to deposit a paycheck (every Friday around 4:30-5pm) clerks are slow and there's always a 20 minute or more wait. There's either never enough clerks to deal with everyone, or there's multiple clerks asking the manager something. You should probably train them better; and stop having them ask me for good reviews. I'll give one when I receive better than sub par service, every time I walk into the bank. What happened to giving the best service for paying clients? Or staying open until 8pm on a payday for people who may work late? You're pushing clients away and are failing to fix it. Another month of this, and BMO is going to be opening up a new account for me.

A big thank you to Sona and Tina at the Callingwood TD Branch this past Saturday. So friendly and personable. I had been looking into opening a cross border US account and had a very circular experience on the TD website and phone contact centre. They cleared things up with a simple conversation. Much appreciated!

Slowest branch ever. They've always told me once you recieved 3 months cheques from the start. Then after 3 months of cheques they will stop holding them for 5 business days. Lie. They will always try and hold your cheques for 5 business days no matter if you visit the branch or not. Even if you've updated your work information. It's like they're blind and can't see you've deposited cheques from the same bussiness for a multitude of months. Always having to waste my time when I'm trying to head to my second job. For awhile I stoped even going to that branch and went to West Edmonton Mall TD branch because at least they don't try and hold every single one of my cheques. Either they just wanna be difficult at callingwood branch or they all aren't educated or trained enough.Let me give you advice. Callingwood branch if my cheque is over your limit and I'm constantly in there every 2 weeks then maybe just ask your manager right away please and thank you. I've been with this branch since I was 7 years old. You have all the information infront of you. If everytime I'm gonna need to tell you why my cheques can be lower or higher? It says on my job letter that my average monthly salary is. If you need that I will bring it. But this is annoying. Address it please and thank you.

We made appointment with Carol about mortgage renewal and she was amazing. She is easy to deal with and explains everything. Very professional. Highly recommend

If there were zero star for review I’ll give it to Mr Ray financial adviser from this branch. If you are seriously looking to buy property big no to work with them. We had been left in middle of negotiation. In absence of Ray there were no person assigned to us to assist with our file and to our surprise Ray did not even told us he is planning to take leave. We had to follow up with him once we send any documents. No proactiveness, never seem interested. We had to go to branch and ask for help again and again. I would highly recommend to visit somewhere for your investments.

This location clearly has numerous employees who wear excessive perfume. If you are scent sensitive do not go here. I get a migraine walking in the door. Absolutely horrible
