Worst experience ever! Tried to call in order to get permission to book my appointment with the Dr, and they say it is Saturday no one can help you today. But I had to go to the Dr was diagnosed with COVID, and now they don't want to reimburse, according to them the COVID test was $200 and took way more than 48h to answer the claim emails.
