Maxim Truck & Trailer

I'm a supervisor for a large corporate company with a fleet that exceeds 25 units. Previous to maxim we had trouble finding a reliable heavy duty shop that could take on our work load, and turn our trucks around in a decent time frame. The service provided to us from maxim is beyond what was expected, and to top it off, the people make you feel like you're a human being, and not just a dollar sign.. If you're looking for a shop with great people, great rates, and that will go above and beyond what's expected/necessary, then I advise you to go to maxim truck and trailer.

The Service centre under the guidance of Tanner and Don are making great strides. They Impressed me, when I recently had a major breakdown, they got me in, sorted and back on the road as quickly as humanly possible. The parts department sourced the parts out of Tennessee , had them drop shipped Thank you for keeping my down time to a minimum.

First contact really good shop foreman look really competent. As for work done I have to wait until my unit is repaired. In the past this place was top notch will see after 8 years if they keep it up with a high standard they had

No matter how many times you ask them to fix some little things on a leased truck, they will promise but they won't...Edit: Thank you for finally fixing one of the problems so far. If you keep me happy, I will give you excelent review.

I have the Great Dane trailer 2015. From time to time my marker lights turn off and on. I drop the trailer off at Maxim to find out where is the problem. I drop the trailer off Tuesday morning and ask for alignment. The foreman call me Thursday and tell me every light ( I have 20 pieces ) is pinched between frame and light and to fixed ask for 100$ a piece. So for 20 lights 2000$. When I drop the trailer every single lights was working. Today when I pick up my trailer 10 lights is not working. I paid 316$ for alignment, they didn’t touch nuts nothing. When I ask why he told me the trailer is purfect. No mesarments no nothing. And charge me $ 0.36$ for parts ,685.10$ for labor, and miscellaneous 68.51$. I inspect the trailer and I find a loose connection, I fixed it, and now all lights it's working again. So whole bill is 791.67$. For sure this is the last time using Maxim. They have big clients like Fed Ex, I don't think this is the place for small owner-operators.

Was looking for a truck and visited this location of Maxim... Friendly customer service. Even though I didn’t get any follow up phone call, but Hawkins was very helpful and informative.

Very professional and welcoming staff. Service is quick, informative, and done with a great level of accuracy and care. I will continue to take our fleet of trailers and trucks to them for service in the future.

Fast service but service guy just seemed to add unnecessary work to the bill. Charging to write abs with a permanent marker because there wasn't a sticker indicating abs light (like the one next to it!!!) seemed excessive. Service techs get a 5 desk a 2.

The parts and service team are extremely helpful and efficient. They were able to locate the parts I needed for an emergency repair quickly, on a Sunday. The counter staff were very pleasant and easy to work with.
