Scheduling online was easy and I was able to schedule the maintenance I needed right away. I received a text message when Scott was on his way. He arrived right at the start of my time frame - he was friendly and obviously very knowledgable. He took the time to explain how I can keep my furnace and A/C working well and answered all the questions I had. I needed a minor repair and received a call from Carlo within a few hours. He had sourced a part, and two days later the repair was completed. I was very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Performance Heating & Air.

My AC unit was not working in the middle of this heat wave. I called after I got home last evening and there was a technician at my home today in the afternoon. Chad called to find out more about what had been goi g on with the unit, made the repair and communicated what he did to resolve the problem. Prompt reliable service! Would recommend Marco and his team!!

The service that I received was exemplary from my initial contact to book an appointment regarding furnace repair at my residence.Within 24 hours the furnace was inspected, repaired, and in working order The technician went above the call of duty insuring all of my floor vents were in working order and that my thermostat was accurately programmed, and took the time to explain the work completed and provided sone valuable recommendations moving forward as it related to choice of furnace filters, and suggestions how to ensure proper air flow throughout my home. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

My AC stopped working in the middle of a heatwave. I called in the morning and was told they were scheduling for the next morning, but that they would try to squeeze me in same day if they could. Carlo was at my house about an hour after I called. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a blown condenser motor. He located a replacement part and said Scott would be by later that afternoon to install. Scott came by about an hour and a half later and installed the new motor. Everything is running smoothly now. Both Carlo and Scott were quick and professional, and the repair cost was reasonable. Highly recommend.
