Our well failed, and I was browsing PEI plumbers at 2:30 in the morning. Since his business has an email address I shot him an email asking if he services wells or well pumps. He got back to me at 6am, just a few minutes ago, saying he doesn't but referred me to other businesses that might be able to help.Class act!

Jay returned my call quickly, squeezed us into his busy schedule, fixed our leak in no time flat, and even followed up the next day to make sure that everything was fine.He was extremely responsive and courteous and did not over-charge. I think we've found our new plumber!

Jay is professional and friendly and was easy to communicate with (email, text, phone). He responded very quickly to my inquiry and resolved a plumbing issue with our washing machine drain pipe very efficiently, and also diagnosed a leak in our kitchen (dishwasher). We will be using Jay moving forward for all of our plumbing needs!

Quick call back. Prompt service next day @ 7:a.m. and provided very good service in our home. Jay's plumbing is Red Seal Certified. We will call this plumber again. Also: very respectful and courteous.

Jay is the best plumber on PEI! Can't say enough about this guy's work and reliability. I called him with an emergency while I was away one night and within an hour it was taken care of. I'll never choose another plumber.
