Always helpful. Never buy dog food because it's just too expensive but we've purchased crates and other items from them.

I'd give the store 5 stars and the manager 0. So I went with 3. It's a great store and the staff are friendly but the manager is rude and very unhelpful. It's happened more than once so she wasn't just having a bad day. I'll be going to the other pet valu in town for my pet supplies from now on.

Great store. Dog food selection is geared towards their house brand, which seems decent quality.It would be great if the carts had a clip to attach a leash.

A staff member refused to help us get fish. “Didn’t want to deal with us” she said. She then got the manager who was rude, disrespectful and oblivious. Times must be hard to have staff like that representing your business.

Very disrespectful went to get stuff for my pet and a certain employee decided it would be smart to talk behind my back when I could clearly hear them really need to talk about costumer service never felt so embarrassed and angry won’t be coming back unless necessary worst pet value I been to although the rest of the staff was great that employee ruined my experience shameful I worked in a pet store and it is not my place to bash costumers decisions and purchases it was absolutely ridiculous

I usually go to the PetValu store across from the mall in Bridgewater, but this time I thought I would check out the 2nd store location near the Walmart. I was glad I did because this store was well stocked with a wide array of cat toys, which were what I wanted. I also found a high-quality and heavy set of conjoined bowls for food + water that my playful cat would not be able to flip over (she loves to play with water). The store clerk was quite nice and helpful. Overall, I was very impressed with how well stocked the store was, with lots of choices. Recommended!
