I want to give 0 rating, representative is very rude and didn't understand me. I asked to get used tires but he bought new tires without telling me after waiting of a week, then blaming me that he lost money to buy these tires. I was like so polite but even he didn't care about that. Really a bad experience of today.

The person on the phone line is terrible and does not have no customer skills attending the phone line. Terribly rude.... I do not expect to deal with these kind of personalities. If you are overwhelmed with the no. of calls, go hire a person who can help taking the phone calls, don’t scream at customer saying “I get million calls a day”. I call it the most terrible customer service experience I had experienced ever.I am lucky in a way that I do not have to deal with these scammers and got to know how they operate their business during first impression.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE!!!

family business that is reasonably priced. The owner or his son usually run the front and are pretty patient. His mechanic is good.Well priced (got a driver side mirror for my corolla there at way less than the dealer). He didn’t have it in stock but had it delivered to the store within 2 hours.My mom brings her Camry here and I certainly will be doing the same in the future.

Yo people be careful cz the guy in the store is so nice when he sells you any part & said if anything happens I gonna refund it, and when you turn it back cz it has got a serious disadvantage he snaps and accuses me that there is a trick done by me or the mechanic, he’s doing that for 20% of the amount in restocking.

Purchased an aftermarket passenger mirror from the owner here. He was one of the nicest and most genuine person I’ve met when dealing with auto parts. You can’t tell the difference between the two mirrors and I’m very grateful I found this place. Definitely recommend to anyone 10/10

Had an appointment a day before to come in morning 8 am to change rotor and pads for my car , when I went at 8 am , and Kept waiting for an hour, at entrance, saw owner and mechanic in rear , no one come to the front to talk about my appointment or work , then I went to the rear end from out side to talk , spoked to owner for appointment 8 am and waiting for an hour but he didn’t replied and walked away.Then again I went to the front entrance and after 10 minutes mechanic showed up and told me to come back after an hour , as already wasted one hour and top of that told me to come back again after an hour.What’s the point of appointment a day before to come for job at 8 am …sooo rude and mis management I haven’t seen in my life for any prior appointment with rude attitude.

Worst experience of my life. He initially asked $2200 for engine replacement of my honda odyssey. When I dropped the car ,three days later he tells me that for the trim of my car the engine is costing me $ 3000 . Since I needed the car ASAP I agreed. And after that I had to bring car back thrice for one thing or the other. Today the engine seized again and he is not willing to check even. Beware of these guys.

I am not sure about the quality of work but that gets spoken for when your extremely rude on the phone. I understand that you may be busy and behind on work but have the decency to call and let the person know that the morning appointment which I had booked 4 days prior got moved to afternoon. Calling the place on my way there and after telling me it got moved, I told him it’s an inconvenience which he right away replies to me to find someplace else and then hangs up.

Be careful of this guyI was trying to get info on a product and it was like pulling teeth to get itHe was very guardedI only wanted a little assurance before spending 1500$But when he got frustrated he hung up on meIm glad he didI cant imagine what he would have done if i wasnt happy with the product
