Horrible service, this is the 3rd time hence I am writing my review. I have been given incorrect orders, wrong items and finally burnt food that made my whole car smelled as I drove home.Food is good, bad staff and the Manager definitely needs to go and get some customer service training.

These are the kind of chicken they served to us when we visit this branch. As a regular customer we always visit here because of the quality and the goodness of the product they serve. But, today is totally different experienced, the world turned upside down. The quality of foods they served today was really poor and its not even edible. I do not recommend this location.

Do NOT order Food from this location. I just spent $42.00 through skip the dishes & received the nastiest food I ever ordered.Chicken wings & chicken sandwich were overcooked & so soaked in nasty tasting grease.Onion rings were so underdone yet soaked in what taste like month old grease.Cajun fries were cold & dried out. Only this that was not bad was dessert Strawberry cheesecake.What a waste of money as it all ended up in the trash. CHANGE YOUR GREASE FFS :(

My overall dine-in experience was amazing. Solome was super friendly, and always smiling and wonderful! Definitely one of the best Popeyes employees I've seen. The restaurant was pretty fast too. KUDOS!

This is by far the worst fried chicken I have ever had. Dried and cold. I have had bad food quality experience from same location once before but I thought It was only one time and let it go but such a waste of money again. Ordered 8 piece chicken and such a bad quality food. Since it has been sitting there God knows how long it was completely dry and cold. Never ever visit this branch unless you want bad quality fried chicken.

Placed a big order for 40 pieces of chicken to be picked up 15 minutes from when I placed the order. Arrived at the store 15 later to be told 7 more minutes of waiting. Then they looked at my receipt wrong and tried to serve me only 20 pieces. Not the fastest or friendliest. This was a manager too. Lots of staff on, maybe they should be more on top of big orders coming, especially being Friday dinner. Mobile ordering should be more convenient. Would have waited just as long if I'd come in and ordered on the spot.

I recently visited this restaurant and tried their fried chicken burger. The burger itself was quite good - the chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and tasty. However, I was disappointed with the service. While the staff were polite, they didn't give me enough hot sauce and ketchup to go with my meal. I had to keep asking for more, which was a bit frustrating.Overall, I enjoyed the food, but I think the service could be improved. It's a shame that something as simple as providing enough condiments can detract from an otherwise pleasant experience. I hope the restaurant takes note of this and makes some changes.
