The nail tech was completely rushed! She barely did anything close to a manicure. She did not remove my previous nail polish, until I told her! She didn’t tell me to wash my hands after filling with the drill, and quickly started applying shellac. She was not gentle at all! Shellac was all over my fingers, and my nails were uneven at the end. Then she applied cream on my dusty hands! My mom sitting beside me, had the same reaction, her lady was super rushed, nails uneven and shellac was a mess. I did not have an appointment so not sure if that was the reason both ladies were rushed, but I’d rather her refuse me then having to pay for a rushed and unprofessional job. Won’t be returning.

I went for a pedicure with my mom last week and had a wonderful experience. Very clean (especially during this pandemic), the two nail technicians were very nice and did a great job! Definitely recommend this salon!

I don’t know how many salons I’ve tried over the years! I’m sure a lot of you can relate; it’s great the first few times and then, slowly, the quality as well as the attention to details and overall experience goes down. THIS IS NOT THE CASE!Great service from the all the staff. The place is well managed and you don’t feel invisible. There’s a soothing atmosphere that makes you want to linger long after yours nails dry. The Bossa Nova jazz music that plays in the background has a lot to do with it. For the men, the TV “actually works” and caters to the news so it’s not too girlie. Just really positive ambience and experience.Prices are fair and at par with the skills they offer. They have a loyalty card where you receive a price rebate after a certain amount of visits.Did I mention they offer complimentary coffee and wifi!?!A must go in the area!Well done Lotus Noir team!
