Highly recommend TesTek for their customer service alone!I bought a demo unit of the MiniPack MX2. The machine arrived where it didn't reach a vacuum when I would run the various programs... but would pull a full vacuum during non-programmed times (notably during the start up cycle).I was super worried as I had just spent $2250 on this machine and it seemed to be dead on arrival. I thought it was a software or electrical issue, since the machine seemed capable of producing a vacuum during the start up cycle.I reached out to TesTek via their Facebook page and Yan immediately answered, even though it was late in the evening in Quebec and Yan was on his off hours. He gave me a few possible troubleshooting solutions but none of them initially worked. Yan agreed with me that it was most likely the software and was available immediately next day with technician instructions on how to access some secret menus in order to solve the problem.The solution was pretty simple but there is very little documentation on the unit online. Yan made me feel confident that if I run into problems in the future that I can count being provided with very prompt and professional service.Thank you so much. Look forward to shopping at TesTek again.
