can't say enough good things about this walk in clinic. A real concern for the patients. They open doors early always so we don't freeze. Experienced Drs are caring and it shows in the office staff as well. My wife goes here and would agree with me on the quality of care received at this walk in clinic.

Terrible experience! Waited 18 days for a second visit, confirmed my appointment 7 days before showing up and then sat for an hour and half waiting to see the Dr. To then find out my appointment was no longer scheduled. Then was told I could be booked for 3 days later. The receptionist was terrible and blaming another staff member for their mistake.She was immediately defensive terrible attitude.I then tried to speak to the supervisor who was just as or more defensive and unfriendly! I will never return to this clinic.

First walk-in clinic experience and it was great for me ! I had to wait a little bit when called to book appointment and while at the clinic, but that’s only the minor ! The receiptionist was polite and patient. The nurse was so lovely and pleasant. And the doctor was really attentive and professional !

They need a queue for the phone systems. I started calling at 7am when the phone lines open. Called over 40 times until 830am when I finally got through to a person and it was full for the day. The call back over and over system is terrible and unfair. It’s luck of the draw. Please get a proper queueing system if that’s how you will be booking. I moved here from Alberta and I’ve never seen such a terrible system in use.

Had a great experience here after going to another local walk-in and seeing a “sign up list” hours before the place opened. As someone without a car getting there before the opening time was impossible.So I headed here and the ladies at the front desk were kind enough to get me in, in probably 30 mins! Doctor was nice, funny, and prescribed a medication that a few days later is already making me feel better. Don’t listen to the negative reviews!

I've been really impressed with this place since the start of the pandemic. You will need to pretend like it's a radio call in contest and constantly call back until you get through, but honestly that's way better than having to line up in the cold for a spot. Once you have a time they're pretty good at keeping to the schedule, and the receptionists are super nice considering the volume of calls/patients they deal with every day. If you have reasonable expectations I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with the experience.

Has this clinic ever gone downhill.What poor service and I have never been spoken too in a manner before like I did from that receptionist. Last week I was ordered off of work for a week. My employer needs a physician statement filled out by a specific date, so I called this clinic mid week after I had faxed this form to this clinic. Apparently they either lost it or they didn't care to find it.So, they told me to come in to the clinic for an appointment. They ended up being full, so I couldn't get in. I asked they take the paper to be filled out by a doctor and they still refused it. Apparently by being assertive in what I needed was me being rude, which she called me in front of a clinic full of patients. Avoid like the plague. You're better off going to the emergency room

Over all great experience. The receptionist was quiet but kind, set me up for an appointment later in the day. Waited for a while after my appointment time at the clinic but I’ve never been to a doctors office that was not running behind. Once I was in with the doctor it took maybe 10 minutes and it was a caring and professional consultation. Great walk in experience!

I think it defeats the purpose of having to make an appointment yet they only book for that day. Its already hard enough to see or get a doctor in this city, that in these times you would think they would be flexible and or willing to work with people, being you may book by appointment only. I understand to an extent but if there's only 2 lines for incoming calls well that's going to make your morning very frustrating just to be told they are all booked for the day try tomorrow. Guess not all education comes with common sense.
