RMT student clinic of Vancouver Career College

Booked appointment a week ago and was told my appointment was changed as the therapist I booked with will be busy working on other patients during my scheduled time. Looks like there is a priority list, you may not get what you booked.

Bad communication, It's hard to book appointment, as the students are having a hard time to understand, incorrect booking and a big headache trying to explain themVCC RMT is just taking students for their money and not really interested in the patients.

I am so thankful I’ve found Jessica Tse, the gifted therapist, who uses care and compassion in her practice. She has the uncanny ability to find those knots and sticky spots quickly, and she works gently, with focus and intention to get my body back to balance. Today i was a patient of Niloufar. This was my first time to experience this form of massage therapy. I have tried many different types of massages and physiotherapies, and none of them gave me the results i need. I have been in pain for the past year and a half which resulted in me not being able to work and going into depression. Today was the first day after going through Niloufars massage session that i almost have no pain. I am sure there are many out there going through the same type of situation, and i highly recommend visiting RMT. Ask for Niloufar. Her hands are amazing! GOD BLESS ❤

VCC Burnaby offers a welcoming calm environment with warm and supportive staff. Erika P is a skilled and responsive RMT whom has a wonderful intuition about musculature and injury prevention. Erika provides us with helpful insights in an easy-to-understand manner aimed at helping one make practical applications in their own lives and activities, absolutely amazing and so very thoughtful. My RMT massage was amazing but the person’s behaviour at the front desk was absolutely unacceptable and I did not know that this student clinic stood for that behaviour. This man or woman with green/blue hair in a ponytail was so rude to every single one of the patients in the lobby and his loud yelling made us all feel super uncomfortable. Absolutely unacceptable!!

I got an hour treatment with Jacqueline and she asked me several questions about my shoulder before beginning a wonderful massage. The pressure was perfect, and the last two days my shoulder has not been as painful as it was. Definitely recommend and the price and ambiance is five stars too.(But my partner says hydrotherapy was not great as he can do the same thing in the community centre for less)
