I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY RING! In 2014, I had gone to George to start looking for rings with my now husband. This was the very first store we had even looked at. George was very confident in his quality of work and his prices and even advised us to look at other stores and shop around before making a decision. One year later, we were back at this store looking for my engagement ring. His prices could not be beat, not to mention, for the price, you get an AMAZING quality diamond compared to what you could get anywhere else! We ended up getting our wedding bands and my anniversary band from here as well. I also ended up upgrading my engagement ring and it was even MORE beautiful! So far I have referred 4 of my friends here and they absolutely love their rings as well. They are all so different and so beautiful. If there is a design you like, he can custom make the ring at a fraction of the cost! I really recommend Direct Diamonds! I am not the easiest person to work with, I am VERY PICKY and VERY detail oriented, I know I drove him crazy! The service, prices and quality are unbeatable! I also drop by to get my ring cleaned whenever I am in the area.

My husband and I bought my wedding ring set from Ben Moss in 2013 and between 2013-2016, I lost 6 side diamonds from the engagement ring. Since we had purchased the warranty plan, we were always able to take it back and get it replaced, but when I lost the 7th diamond in 2017, I went to bring it in and realized they had gone bankrupt and there was nothing left to do. Charm Diamond Centres was allowing Ben Moss clients to buy into their warranty plans\, but the Associate said my ring was not the greatest quality and this would likely keep happening and that I should look at re-setting my ring. Late in 2018, I lost an 8th diamond, so at that point was wearing a wedding ring missing 2 side diamonds. Emotionally, it was upsetting knowing the ring that my husband and I picked out and had such sentimental value, ultimately was junk. My Mom recommended speaking to George at Direct Diamonds and Gold as she had used him for multiple jewellery repairs over the years. George was compassionate and understanding when I told him my story, and right on the spot, he came up with a vision to preserve my main diamond and to completely reset it into a new, high quality set. I picked up my ring & wedding band on Saturday, and I was completely in shock when I saw my new ring, it is absolutely stunning, and you can see the amount of detail and care that was put into this ring re-design. Not to mention, George charged a fraction of the cost had we had to purchase a whole new ring. I cannot thank George enough for the incredible job he did, and I don’t think my “thank-yous” in the store truly expressed my gratitude. I hope everyone reads this review and takes the time to speak with George about any jewellery needs. I will certainly be recommending him to my close family and friends. George, my sincerest thank you for the beautiful ring and wedding band!The pictures below are the re-designed ring George created with the halo around my original stone, and new bands with much higher quality gold. I chose to have the solid sides as I love the contrast, but side stones can be added if we choose to for a special anniversary down the road. Came in with my future mother in law as well as my sister in law to choose an engagement ring, the staff were absolutely thrilled to help and took their time to help us find the perfect ring, even let us pick the diamond for the ring! I highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone who’s looking for engagement rings. We spoke about budget and they kept within my budget without making me feel like I should spend more! 5/5 fantastic place.

Far exceeded my expectations. I went to Direct Diamonds with several pieces that were in my family for years. I had always wanted to re-set some of the pieces but I was never confident a jeweler would be able to recreate my vision. Direct Diamonds is amazing, they saw my vision and created pieces I absolutely love. Not to mention it was done in a few weeks. They know what they are doing, they are honest and genuine and I will certainty be going there for anything I need in the future. Their prices and styles are unmatchable. We were looking for engagement rings and shopped around because i wanted a particular one, we ended up at Diamond Direct. George was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I wanted, plus stayed with with our budget. The ring was ready in about 3-4 and when we went to pick it up, i was speechless. it was so perfect and exactly what i pictured! We’ll be going back for our wedding bands! Great service and quality.

The Disrespect i had with the jeweler/owner I had was crazy. This guy who owns this place is crazy and is a full goofball . Came to sell rings . First thing he said to me was my watch is fake . Didn't even come there to sell a watch. Most arrogant and useless owner doesn't know anything . After him getting heated he started to call my rings fake aswell . Lol went to olivers jewelry and Gemlab toronto and had my items confirmed Authentic. Lol this guys a goof ball . I don't even know how he has these 5 star reviews.
