Great staff! When my furnace fan quit, Rachael went out of her way to confirm whether the recommended new part would work, then even followed up a week later to make sure we had heat! All of this without me ending up needing the part. Would definitely use and recommend.

Went there on Dec 30th to see stor was closed. You need to update your hours on google and put a closed/vacation message on your phone lines so people dont drive 45 mins to see the store is bot open that day with zero information on your phone line, google or website.

Great HVAC supplier excellent stock and in house sheet metal shop. When I lived in the city I would make almost daily trips for parts and supplies. Friendly staff.

Even though on Terry Higgins been around for a long time they lack the stacked up rings professionalism to the industry. They're trying to run it and today's modern industry has a big supplier but they're still at the mom and pop store. They open at 7 a.m. which to me is a no no all the competition is open by 6:30 a.m. we are service industry that starts early we need what we need earlier than other Industries because Construction starts at 7 a.m. the time you shop hit the traffic you end up going to work by 9 a.m.

Came to purchase a limit sensor for my furnace. Guy sold me a piece and said it should work. After going home to try to install the piece, realized it didnt fit. Went back to this store and the same guy told me to just take snips and cut it to size and it'd be safe. On top if that, he told me that the heat limit for the new piece is set for a higher temp, so it would probably prevent my fan from running unnecessarily. Had a furnace specialist come in, and he told me that everything i was told and did was extremely dangerous. DO NOT trust these guys.
