Canadian Tire Gas+

Your typical gas station. Cashiers are always nice. Cheaper than most other stations within 5-10min driving distance at certain times. They play with the price.

This location is great. Has tons of parking up front and a nifty hotdog cart right outside if you're hungry. The lines for the register are long because they never have enough cashiers but that's how every big box store is nowadays. Still a good location and you can get in and out quick so there's that at least.

The 3 techs are 100% honest. I came in for a oil change and the techs inspected the oil and told me It’s clean that it wasn’t required ,come back after 3000 Kms. I wanted the oil changed regardless, I had no idea what oil was currently in the car as it’s a used purchase. I’m an Hvac Tech and these guys have my stamp of approval for honesty.

The convenience store of the station is pretty small. However, the employees always open the air pump for me when asked for it and I fill up my tires with air for free from here.

The gas station always have a empty spot, so you'll never need to wait, and paying is quick and easy. They also serve some snacks to buy that are cheap. Definally a cozy place to fill gas.

This review is for the Pitstop oil change at the same location.I don't know if I was having a bad day or what, but the staff there are very sarcastic and rude.I walked in for the first time on a Friday afternoon around 4pm.so I asked, how late are you open? the guy said we are closing now

ZERO star. They were not friendly at all but aggressive. Trying to sell me other things when all I need is oil change, when I refused their suggestion they were not happy. They were probing my transmission when I wasn't paying attention and kept asking me about the transmission oil change. Did my oil change and next day my car is died. Basically transmission ceased. This is real story. Please be careful with these guys.

Cheaters work at Pitshop, my car doesn't require etest and they did it I find out from Ontario customer service desk and a person explain that pitshop guys or any other shop for etest they check and your model,year before test. Never recommended anyone to go this shop.

My father , who is a senior 80 y o, came here for an oil change. His car didn't start after???I called in and they asked me a series of irrelevant questions like if I'm the owner of the car and once I said no they hung up the phone. Also my father doesn't speak english well and they led him to believe it was the car. I know have a investigation pending with head office.Please if you are smart do not go to any canadian tire. This is not the first time I have seen problems at their shops. There is tons of better private shops that do a better job, at a better cost and are honest.I felt like there was prejudice toward us and will file for that as well. Our entnicity is eastern european.

My wife went for a quick oil change, was up-sold a Fast Flush at $39.99 , $10 for bulk oil, cabin and air filter for $66.98...all done for $180.74 tax in. When will shops stop up-selling women?
