What a wonderful place, this husband and wife team are amazing. I've been getting my nails done for many years in many places. Hot nail on Ottawa St is one of the best places I've been. Polite, thorough, you will always leave very happy.Dee

Had a great experience here and need to rebook very soon!! My nails were so nicely shaped and looked so natural!! (I got acrylics and I’m very specific about the length.. I don’t like them too long or too short…they gave me the perfect length that still flattered my hands/fingers)!Thank you again!!

The service is amazing!The staff are friendly and their work is great. Both me and my husband were very pleased with the quality of the service. We got pedicures.This place is by far the best in KW area when it comes to polish applications and foot care. My shellac pedicure looked amazing, she shaped my toe nails so perfectly and professionally that for the first time, my toes looked like models you see in advertisement. My husband was very pleased with the removal of calluses.I highly recommend them! Moving forward, this will definitely be my go-to place for pedicures!

I was searching for a place to get a pedicure done as a male. I approached hot nails nervously and they welcomed me in and made the process painless and seem less. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Great service and great staff.

Took my sister to get her nails done at Hot Nails and she was thoroughly impressed. They always do such a fantastic job and their attention to detail is meticulous!! They take their time and frequently check-in during your visit to ensure you are satisfied and happy with your nails. I had some snowflakes drawn on my nails and they were absolutely perfect!! Thank you!!10/10 would recommend. Lovely place and service!

Had a wonderful afternoon with my daughter at this salon. We both got gel nails for her 11th birthday and they turned out great and the staff was lovely and patient!
