Beautiful buildings surrounded by beautiful buildings overlooking the most lively area of Victoria. Personally felt like a great place to spend a few hours during the weekdays. Can get a bit crowdy during weekends. Do pay a visit inside the buildings. It's worth the effort (moreover, it's free). There will be a unfussy security check before entering the building.

Beautiful building with a ton of history. Victoria is the southernmost major city in Western Canada, named for Queen Victoria, the city is one of the oldest in the Pacific Northwest, with British settlement beginning in 1843.Beautiful city.

I go around and stays for two hours with guide tour. Amazing experience. Even though I didn’t go in there, I can feel the dignified and aesthetically appealing on this iconic parliament building. The architectural structure of the building itself fully demonstrates the engineers' focus on technology and aesthetics. I am very lucky to have visited such a wonderful place.

Beautiful old building. It's great that you can view the inside for free as well!

Very beautiful at night, and in the daylight. If you get to the Parliament building in the morning, make sure you explore around it as well as the front. Make sure you look at the building and see all the statues that they’ve incorporated into it!The building lights up from sundown to some time after midnight and it makes the general area around it very beautiful and romantic. There are some restaurants across the water from which you can see the building when it lights up, while you’re enjoying your dinner.

Beautiful inside and out, interesting architecture, very fine details inside the building. We have the tour, our tour guide was so much fun and easy to follow/ understand his name is Nicolas. It was fascinating. Do take the tour! It is very interesting!

It’s a pity that the day I visit here, it’s front gate area is under construction. However I had walked around on the inside. Agent there is humorous, I asked “is there any restroom around” and he replied “yes, but I don’t wish you get in here just for restroom, please take lots of pictures” lol. Love the indoor decoration and design.

Beautiful building with a ton of history. We took a free tour but it wasn’t very clear once we entered and finished security. We couldn’t find a tour guide and it was very loud and unorganized. It was neat to walk through however we are disappointed we didn’t get an actual tour guide.

Always a lovely visit. The front side of the building is awesome. Some interesting things behind that building as well.

Buddhist delegation visits B.C. Legislature to celebrate the introduction of Buddhist Culture Day ActVICTORIA (February 27, 2023) – BC Liberal MLA Teresa Wat, Shadow Minister for Multiculturalism, Anti-Racism Initiatives, Arts and Culture, was joined in the legislature today by a delegation of Buddhist Masters and followers from across B.C. to celebrate the introduction of her private member’s bill, the Buddhist Culture Day Act, 2023.“Buddhist Culture Day Act would raise awareness and celebrate those of Buddhist background and culture in B.C. while illuminating our deeply diverse cultural mosaic,” said Wat, who represents Richmond North Centre. “With more than 90,000 British Columbians self-identifying as Buddhists, this commemoration is quite auspicious.”The delegation of more than 100 visitors represented a diverse range of Buddhist communities from British Columbia, including those from Chinese, Tibetan, Sri Lankan, Burmese, Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese traditions. They met with the BC Liberal Caucus and other MLAs in the Legislature, which was followed by a special Buddhist Dharma blessing and offering ceremony held in the Hall of Honour.“The B.C. Legislature opening its doors to the largest delegation of Buddhist monks and masters to ever visit is a testament to our province’s inclusivity,” added Wat. “I am grateful for the delegation taking the time to travel and share Buddha’s teaching of kindness and compassion with all MLAs today.”
