If you are not buying something, the employees have a “that’s not our policy at this location” or “Here is the number to our contact centre.”Typical type of high school kid work moral.Not to mention their uniforms had little to no swag. Solid 3.7/10~DS

Came in to get my new phone upgrade and Tyler was amazing. He has great customer service skills and he made this whole experience so much easier on me. He walked me through the process and made it an overall stress less experience. He is always respectful and friendly when I call or come in and this service is the reason I keep coming back to Rogers Collingwood!

SOMEBODY GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!!!Ashley B was extremely helpful with helping my friend get everything set up for her new place! We were moved in and had the TV working in less than an hour lol.She updated her phone plan as well and if that wasn’t great enough… she even set me up with my phone plan too! She’s an all around lovely individual, who relieved our stress oh so very much so thank you! X100Ashley, you’re the best!

Having issues with our account, my wife and I went to the Collingwood Rogers store. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and advised that we would be looked after shortly. About five minutes later Kaity, the store manger greeted us again and invited us to have a seat. She listened to our situation and immediately got on her computer. Within 10 minutes our concerns were met, and we saved money in the long run! She is very professional and really knows her job well.The next day we were having issues getting our phones set up as we had switched from Bell to Rogers. We went to the store and within a couple of minutes we were up and running! We were invited to call or drop in anytime for any type of assistance!In times like this, customer service seems to be non existent, however Kaity and her staff are examples of excellent customer service! I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

Absolutely amazing service from Tyler. I had a very unusual situation trying to get my uncle phone working and he went above and beyond to ensure I was up and running. I came back right before closing and he opened up to help me again. I cannot say enough about how incredible the service Tyler provides. Thanks again.

Had an amazing customer service experience at this Rogers store. Tyler, store manager, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He made the transition from my old phone to new phone seamless. In these days of bland service, the entire team at this store was working hard and attending to all the customer needs. I’ve always had problems with this store. One time I called to see if they had a specific C type charger, the lady said they did, I made the trip all the way there to find out they didn’t. Not a single person cared. Yesterday we went in to switch phones, got offered a phone with a specific $5 price. We took it but they didn’t have the phone in stock so they ordered it. It came in today (24 hrs later) to be told it’s no longer that price because it’s yesterdays promotion. WHAT?!? Tyler is a decent guy. Katie the store manager told me I was being arrogant. We want what we were offered. That’s not called arrogance. Your staff are rude and ignorant with zero care for your customers that pay your wages. Thank you for making the switch to Bell much easier. We will take our $800/month services over to them. Thanks Katie. Sincerely - Jenn
