Great water, unfortunately not so good customer service. Emails not replied to, invoices not received and points not given as earned.The website will not allow you to save your credit card

There spring water contains high levels of Arsenic, half the amount of what the maximum standards are.If you are drinking this water on a daily basis for long periods of time this can accumulate in the body and be very detrimental to one’s health.If you live in BC where there is no fluoride in the water your best bet is to just buy a Berkey water filter which will eliminate all the toxins and heavy metals while keeping the minerals.Will also avoid plastic, BPA free or not it’s not good for us!

Wow!!! When I was told drinking alkaline water would help keep stomach acid lower, I was skeptical...water is water! But I'm amazed how much better I feel for making the simple change. Within 1 week it became noticeable. I've always made the effort to get my daily consumption of water in, now at least I'm getting the full benefits.The staff there are also helpful. On my 1st visit they explained which water was which & how the bottle washer worked & how the filling spouts work. The water cost is so reasonable it's worth my time.

Phenomenal customer service and overall experience! Gopal really knows his stuff, is passionate about his products and service, and was a pleasure to speak with. Between that and the quality water they provide, Element H20 is truly refreshing ;)

Poor customer service. They don't deliver as per agreed schedule, invoicing is awry and the website is in disarray. Don't bother wasting your time if you are looking for quality service.
