They went over and above on keeping in mind the age of the home (over 100 years) when working and offering advice.Never felt pressured to pay for unnecessary services and add on’s.

I used Kmax Flooring for my home renovation project. Starting from removing the old floor, checking to make sure the sub floor is in good condition, to laying the new hardwood floor, sending and staining, installing the stairs, the guys did a fantastic job! Their after service was also great. There were a few small fixes needed, which they took care of. Overall, it was great experience. I would definitely use their service again.

I have used KMAX for two separate jobs and on both occasions we were very happy with the prompt and professional service of Rafael and his team. Our home was built in 1889, and as such nothing is perfectly square or level. The install team painstakingly laid out the flooring to manage these complications. They worked hard and efficiently. Rafael was easily accessible by phone to answer questions. I would definitely recommend them. As the homeowner, I would caution not to under-estimate the dust created by both the sanding and new hardwood install process. Move, or wrap-up, as much as you possibly can to make your life easier after the fact. I under-appreciated the dust factor both times.

We renovated the floors on the entire main floor of our bungalow and from start to finish they were great at every step of the way.
