Cameron and his team are excellent. The spring on my garage door broke at 9:30 pm, essentially trapping my car inside. I left a message for Cameron and he got back to me within minutes, and had a repair person on site by 9:30 the next morning. The repair and maintenance service was first rate, and extremely good value. Throughout the process, Cameron kept in touch and provided estimates for additional work that I requested, including replacing worn and damaged weather stripping. I would highly recommend.

$590 bill for 1.5 hour work and $100 dollars worth of parts. My guess is they hire someone to fix your door then more then double what the worker charges. Find someone else and save your money.

Cameron answered my call promptly and scheduled it for the following week. A few days later, Alex came late in the day despite the crazy snow event we had on Dec 19/20, 2022. I honestly thought it wouldn't get looked at until the following week.My garage door wouldn't open due to broken springs. But due to recent renos, it made the job challenging. Gas pipe runs along the door shaft making replacement difficult to get at. After some deliberation and ingenuity, Alex managed to re/re the springs. He also noticed the brackets were loose and door was not aligned. He went ahead and fixed those issues to make sure our garage door operated properly and safely.While we have other repairs to do, Alex made sure our door was operable first, especially in the sub zero temperature. He went above and beyond the task. I highly recommend Doorman to anyone looking for good and reliable service.

Cameron was able to schedule a same day service to repair our garage door on a weekend Saturday. Alex showed up in the afternoon and diagnosed the issue right away.The problem was fixed quickly - about an hour - and went on with his day.Great company to deal with. Would definitely recommend them and will call them again.Btw the company our strata recommended to use wasnt even open that day.
