Thomas is fantastic to deal with. Will go above and beyond to get you the best deal possible. Switch the house insurance and my two cars over, saved over $1000 a year on the one car. Would highly recommend.

After running around for hours on the phone and in person shopping for the fusion of best rate + best service, I was absolutely blessed by finding Thomas and his company on Google Maps with the overall 5-star review status. Despite my skepticism, I was blown away by Thomas' prompt communication, straight-talk honesty/integrity, and overall willingness to help me not only find something valuable but do it on such short notice and with passion. Truly very lucky to have found him and he's earned my long-term trust and relationship. Couldn't recommend him more, thanks Thomas you're the man!

Hands down to Sir Thomas! And as a union member, He was able to get me reasonable and cheaper price and to save more money for my first auto insurance. Really appreciate his patience in explaining details about the policy since i’m a new driver. He quickly responded to all our inquiries for home and auto insurance. Thomas is very helpful and friendly to us. Very accommodating and honest, he stayed way beyond office hours with us just to make it sure that everything’s okay. Now me and my brother we’ll gonna be able to save more money for our car insurances, thanks to Sir Smith!!! I would recommend him to anyone.

Thomas has taken care of my insurance needs from before he even founded Reliable Insurance -- back when he was a top-tier insurance agent at one of the large insurance companies. When he left to start his own brokerage, I followed, and have consistently received great, and dare I say (ahem) reliable service. I have not looked back since. Thomas is like my own personal adviser in the insurance game: he looks out for my best interests and has always had my back when needed.

Thomas and his team are quick, efficient and provide outstanding customer service!He was able to answer all my questions and give me great advice from his overall experiences.Having contacted multiples other brokers, nothing compares to the service provided by Thomas/Reliable and that really calmed my nerves.Thomas was able to give me the best quote I was able to find on the market with the coverage I wanted.I can't recommend him and Reliable highly enough!
