Fast food so it was good. Staff was awesome. Had our niece and she would talk to them and the answered and smiled. As we were leaving niece yelled We are leaving lol. Staff waves and says good bye lol

First time going to Arby’s. Ordered the crispy chicken and some curled fries and the rippled ones. The chicken was great, not a fan of the fries though, as they definitely feel fried from frozen. This means a lesser texture and not much flavor. Still recommend the curled fries over the rippled ones.

Everytime I go in they are always so nice and give my little some sort of toy. Always smiling and quick service. They take the time to strike a convo with you even if its just super quick while waiting for food.

I can't stress this enough, Best Fast Food joint in Thunder Bay!!! The staff are all super friendly, especially the older gentleman that my wife and I call Mr. Wonderful, he was awesome to us as teenagers and now decades later is still just as friendly! Clean, fast and friendly!!
