Have had MANY experiences with this clinic. Although the wait room is often packed, the staff are always friendly and the doctors are top notch.

I had the best experience here!!! Dr Lee Ekert and his team are phenomenal! I felt totally take care of! I had a hip replacement at 37 years old and did not have a worry in the world! A 5 star surgery experience!!!

I had a excellent experience here. The nurses were professional and very pleasant. I was pleased with the physio therapy staff as well. My stay was good except for the food but otherwise well trained and very pleasant staff.

Excellent staff that were very personal and down to earth. Willing to answer any questions and if they were unsure of how to answer they would get you the correct answer. The single rooms were perfect and roomy. If I need my other knee done, I would head there with zero hesitation. I wanted to stay 1 more night just for the accommodations!

Nice facility. Was shocked to have my relative have her own room. I wanted to give 5 stars, because I believe the OSC is a great place for orthopaedic surgery recovery, and while the majority of nurses and doctors we interacted with were incredible, the rehabilitation team in particular, there were a couple who seemed to not have the same level of caring. They were a little less attentive and didn't seem to communicate with other people who were checking in.The on call doctor was also unfortunately disappointing. She didn't seem very friendly and seemed to be annoyed when we asked questions. She also forgot to actually check things off on a requisition form for blood work which made things a bit of a hassle after. I understand fully that mistakes happen and oversights happen, but there did seem to be the feeling that she just wasn't interested. She also didn't seem to communicate well with the nurses on the case, nor did she see fit to keep the family included in discharge plans.Other than that unfortunate experience, our overall stay at the OSC was fantastic. Obviously, we never want to be there again because who wants to get their joints replaced? But if for whatever reason we had to be there again, we'd be very, very comfortable being there again.
