The boat was comfortable and we did see pretty cool whales. I only wish that the guide spoke English in addition to French like it was on our previous tours with this company.

Great staff and the boats are comfy and modern. Very easy to locate their office and the instructions on where to go. Was lucky to see several whales, but none of them jumped out and just stuck their tales in the air.

We absolutely loved it. Boats are covered and the windows can be retrieved when arriving to destination so it's confortable on any weather conditions. Thank you Marie France, our guide for making the experience even better!!!

Jolly good. Tried this and the big AML boat and had fair whale watching luck with both. Getting a good view of a whale is easy, getting a good shot will require a long lens and a lot of luck. The two Neptune boats are different to the other zodiacs in that they have a superstructure with plexiglass windows. The superstructure does not retract but the windows cleverly open up. The big advantage is that the 35 minute cruise out to whale viewing is enclosed and notably more comfortable and dry. The disadvantage is a lot more visual clutter. Difficult to judge their whale watching technique, however the commentary was a lot more sparse than AML who seemed compelled to fill any low whale moments with fun whale facts. I think this is the best zodiac option for kids. Note no rucksacks on the boat so travel light. Remain seated or be berated ! No toilets or refreshments on board. Parking free and a much easier setup than AML at Tadoussac with bus transfer to the boats. Overall a comfortable and relaxed middle step between the big AML boat and the open zodiacs and great fun. Recommended.

Nice crew, nice boat!

We booked online in advance for a 430 tour, we arrived early enough to take another tour, but luckily we were advised to keep our original booking. It's a small gift shop shack where you should go to the washroom, then get a warm jacket. With your ticket you can catch their bus to go to the next shack and pick up the rest of the boaters. Then bus to the dock, where you walk down many stairs and ramps to get to a boat. They make sure everyone who bought passageway is on the boat. We ended up leaving late because of this, but it did not impact the whale watching at all.The captain (Bernie) made sure we had the best views of whales, and Nat was there to answer all of our questions. Very lovely tour, and I liked the boat, the windows open to take beautiful pictures.
