We have used Mr Oakes for a few real estate transactions. He's been professional, but more than that ~ he makes sure that You understand all aspects of, in this case - selling of property instead of buying, that could come back on you in the future, in plain simple English. Things you don't necessarily think about when a Purchase Agreement is drawn up by the real estate agents.He came highly recommended when we were looking for a lawyer a few years ago.. and exactly as described.Greg Is friendly, knowledgeable and everything you would want in a lawyer.We will definitely use him again, should we need a lawyer in the future.
