We selected P L Windows & Doors after going through several other contractors and we are happy to say that we made the best decision to hire them for our entry door and windows. A variety of designs to choose from at a reasonable price! The company has very knowledgeable and experienced installers who take pride in what they do! Our sister-in-law is already considering them to replace windows in her house! Great job guys!

A wide selection of entry doors to choose from! My home now has more value as my entry door looks gorgeous! It was a pleasure to deal with the staff at P L Windows and Doors. They are very responsive and professional! Five stars service! We are very happy!

This is the WORST WORST WORST company I have ever met in my whole life! Google does not allow me to put 0 star, otherwise I will definitely do!!! We spent TWO YEARS to deal with this company.We have a townhouse in Barrie and rent out. Ordered and wanted to change one patio door and three windows from PL in Aug 2021, but until today, Jul 7, 2023-TWO YEARS- they still have not finished yet! During those 2 years, we keep communicating with them, they keep promising, but with NO proper actions AT ALL!We cannot believe in Canada there is such a company like PL Windows, treats clients like this. Below is our experience with them, really want to share and warn all of you:• Aug, 2021: We did the quotation and paid deposit.• Around Sep 23, 2021: They came to measure the windows and door size.• End of Nov 2021: After another 2 months, they came and installed the patio door for around 2 hours.• Dec 14, 2021: They came to change our windows. Unfortunately, they suddenly found one window was with the wrong size/type due to their own measuring mistake. They promised will re-order the correct window.• Dec 30, 2021: We paid most of the money.• Feb 22, 2022: They promised us they would send their contractor to fix the window, our tenant asked for leave that day and was waiting for them to come. BUT-they DID NOT SHOW UP!• March 7, 2022(weekday): They asked us if they could come. Our tenant did not have time during weekdays and asked if they could come during weekends or after 5pm weekdays. They disagreed.• Around Jul 2022: our tenant and us were so tired dealing with them and agreed they could come ANY TIME ANY DAY even during weekday, as long as they can give 2 days’ notice in advance. They promised will find a time.• From Jul 2022 to Jul 3, 2023: during the WHOLE YEAR, my husband keeping message them and asked when they could find time to fix the final window, they always said they do not have available contractor but will try their best to find a soliton for us.• Jul 4, 2023: I called the company myself and asked what’s the process now. The rep called Lisa (super rude)complained on the phone that they tried several times to book the appointment with our tenant, but he did not have time. However, the truth is: our tenant only rejected once, and later agreed they could come any day. Lisa then said we HAVE TO PAY EXTRA $175 GAS FEE, because it is far, WHICH I AGREED. I am so sick with them. I told her although this was NOT our fault, we agreed to pay it, as long as it could be fixed ASAP.• Jul 5, 2023: They called me back and said they might go on this Friday Jul 7 and asked if we are ok. I told them that is totally fine, but just confirm with me they will really come this time. Lisa promised me to call me back either Jul 5 night or Jul 6 by noon to confirm.• Jul 6, 2023: I gave my manager notice in advance that I may need to ask for one day leave on Jul 7. I was waiting for them to call me back the whole day, but they did not. 4PM, I called their company, another rep told me Lisa was not in today. I asked if they could come on Jul7, they said no, because they even could not find the re-ordered window?! I messaged Lisa, she wrote back only on Jul 7 morning and said she TOTALLY FORGOT to let me know she should confirm with me and said she could not find their contactor. The reason she provided to me was totally different, as the other rep saying they could not find the window.We now GAVE UP! We no longer want to deal with them at all! But this is my right to share my experience. Thank you.

We are happy that we ordered our skylight and patio door with P L Windows and Doors. The factory is very accessible and we were able to get our requirements customized and produced within a reasonable timeframe. Once ready it was very professionally installed without much disruption to our daily life at home. Thank you guys for the wonderful job! We are going to spread the good words about you guys in our friends circle!

Ordered and installed two doors from PL and found major leakage on both doors in Oct. 2021. Contacted them several times and they said they would fix the issue before the Christmas. Unfortunately I didn’t ask them to confirm which Christmas…10 months after dozens of calls, they finally promised to send someone over to take a look first. But, I have to pay for the gas! I said fine, I was sick and tired with them and just want to get over with it.Finally the technician showed up and found several issues related the unprofessional installation. He said he needed to order parts so I wait another 2 months before everything finally got fixed. The fixing itself was about an hour.So overall I waited 12 months for one hour warranty fix. I compared the Enbridge gas bill with the same month before fixing and after. It was 300 Cu meter difference in one month. So imagine how much money I have wasted over 12.

We have had the pleasure to choose our windows, entry door and patio door from P L Windows and Doors. Happy to say that we had a very professional and experienced staff that worked on our project to deliver great result! Our home has been upgraded in terms of new windows and doors and we are very pleased with the overall experience!

We spent two years on dealing with this company as they measured an incorrect size/type on one of the windows of our townhouse which was rent out. Until now from Aug 2021 to Jul 2023, the issue is still not fixed. Their promise was never kept. Even if they prmised to come, they did not show up. They promised to call back, then said forgot.I keep messaging them during the 2 years asking their avaiable time. Only once our tenant said they are not avaiable, after that, we told them we are all willing to match their avaiable time, anytime is good. But they nenver come.My wife called them some days ago and wanted to have a final solution-as it has already been TWO years! However, they have very bad attitude. It was their fault that they made the wrong window, at the end, asked us to pay extra $175 gas fee, as they think it is far. We agreed. But they later said they could not find our re-ordered windown, and forgot to confirm with us by phone!~We are extremely disappointed at their service. Poor quality, not responsive, not on time, no commitment at all! Please keep away from this company if you do not want to have the same expereince as us!

P L Windows & Doors supplied and installed our entry door. The selection they offered was second to none at an unbeatable price. Installation went very smooth and at the end the entry door we have has increased the value of our house manifold. Thanks Jorge for the great job. You are the best!

We have a new skylight from PL Windows and Doors. Lots of light and our interior is so bright. We are enjoying this great upgrade from this company! Courteous workers who cleaned after their work and left our flawless! We will hire them for our future projects without a second thought!
