The experience was excellent; Jake was both professional and knowledgeable throughout the transaction as he transitioned me into the new plan. In addition, he was able to resolve a display issue I was having with my phone. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone requiring mobile phone service.

The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Lesley provided excellent support during my most recent visit. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic! Helping me out with various issues with several different cell issues on many models. Wished I had seen the guys in Tuscany village b4 going to uptown mall where 'bkackapple' had replaced the battery on an old iPhone not realizing that it required 'iPhone' specific battery instead of generic that 'vlacjapple' had replaced it with (twice in 1 month) and still not works. My first time dealing with 'Apple' products! They helped me with the other issues regarding Samsung and porting my landline to cell phone and clarifying other issues. Kudos!
