Sterling and his team installed a new breaker panel, pot lights and connected our hot tub electrical for our house. He was on time, friendly and provided an excellent service quality. I would definitely recommend his services!

Completely unsuitable for large home projects.Our project involved rewiring a home from the 1950's so it would be up to code and support electric heating. The project got off to a good start, but within a week or two it turned into an extremely slow, unresponsive and frustrating process.Pros:• The installers working in the house were very pleasant and easy to work with.• About two weeks into the project it became obvious that they were going to be running into serious budget overruns, as the costs were rising quickly and at the pace they were going they would quickly surpass the quoted price. After multiple exchanges about the topic, the owner ended up agreeing to cap the costs at the initially quoted price.Cons:• Zero scheduling or time management skills. The project was quoted as a three week effort, but took double that time. Starting on the second week, staff just stopped showing up on a daily basis (as what was expected) and no calls or messages were being sent ahead of time to advise of any changes or reasons for the absences/delays. I had to constantly follow-up with the owner and ask what was happening, and was lucky if I actually got an answer the same day.• Zero communication skills. Messages and calls left with the owner regarding unscheduled absences, things that weren't working as they should, etc would routinely take days (in some cases up to a week) to get a response to.• Project not left up to code. The main panel had to be replaced by a newer one, and several of the paired breakers (e.g. for heating circuits) were left unattached (to each other) and not even installed side by side. Responses from the owner about this were always days late in coming, and supply chain" issues were constantly blamed. When I asked for the make/model of the breakers so I could shop elsewhere the owner didn't even answer. Have given up getting a proper solution after waiting for six weeks and will find someone else to finish the job properly."

I hired Sterling to install a wall charger for an electric car. Dealing with him was a breeze. Leading up to the day of the installation he always answered my calls and answer all my questions. He works efficiently and to top it off he and his team are very friendly. I would recommend to a friend any time!

Awesome service!!

We had our electrical mast fallen following damage caused by the most recent ice storm. Sterling was extremelyresponsive and professional in resolving our issue. They were able to make themselves available promptly, kept us up to date and even co ordinated with Hydro Quebec to have our power reconnected. Will definitely be using their services again. Thank you so much for working so hard and for making yourselves available for this emergency despite the fact that it was a holiday (Easter Monday).

Excellent service, on time, and explained everything what was being done.Had a fuse box changed which was out of date from 1966 and only 100 AMP. It was replaced by a 200 AMP, along with wires and a new pole replaced outside which meter is on.Addition a Hot-tub Plug, Pool plug, light fixtures, and plugs was installed.
