Extremely expensive but well built and has easy access to most amenities. Storage and parking are terribly priced.

Now the place is full of tenants with pets pooping all around and masters not picking up. Parking, locker, hot water fees are ridiculous (come on guys you're in Port Moody, not Vancouver) rooms very small. Overall not a pleasant place.

Great beer (try the cask conditioned ales), great people, fun place to hang out year round, but the deck is awesome in the summer.
