Could you please explain to me why people who pay more that $1000 in rent a month have not had water in 10 hours and has not received an update about water for 6 hours. No one knows anything and the maintenance person that I did speak to tells us it will be fixed between now and in the morning. (With no time frame) Now how am I supposed to work in the morning without having the necessity of water to do basic biological needs. This is absurd and preposterous. I wish I could say this is my first complaint but honestly there is something that happens every 3 months that this apartment complex does that completely disrespects residents. I have had my fill. I will not resign my lease next year and cannot wait until I am able to move away from here. I've been living in this complex for almost 8 years and I've attempted to give you all the benefit of the doubt but no more.
